We found that the furniture in the living room was in need of updating. there was quite a walk to reach the nearest restaurants, so having a car was necessary.

Guests can enjoy the sunsets from the lovely roof terrace, complete with a table and chairs. the air conditioning keeps the rooms comfortable even on hot days.

The furniture and soft furnishings in the villa could benefit from updating, as some show signs of wear and tear.

I recently stayed at a great place in a perfect location, just a few minutes walk from the sea promenade. The Villa was well equipped with everything we needed, and the owners were extremely friendly and helpful. They even cleaned the pool twice during our week-long stay. I highly recommend this place, especially for families.

I had a wonderful stay at Villa Theodora. The villa was perfect for my family, with spacious rooms and a beautiful pool. The location was ideal, just a short walk to a lovely pebbled beach and a scenic coastal path. The owners were incredibly friendly and responsive, making sure all our needs were met. We also enjoyed the nearby Paphos Breeze hotel, which served as a convenient pick-up point for various tours. The Authentic Cyprus tour with breakfast was a highlight of our trip, with delicious Cypriot cuisine and stunning views. The local restaurant, Angelika, also impressed us with its friendly service and stunning sunset view. Despite a few minor cosmetic issues with the villa, our overall experience was excellent. I highly recommend Villa Theodora for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation.

The location was perfect for us teenagers who wanted to have some fun. We were just a short walk away from a fishing area, where we spent hours catching fish and competing with each other. And when we wanted a break from fishing, we went hiking in the beautiful surroundings. It was the ultimate adventure-filled vacation!

The only thing we wished for was a better party scene nearby. Being young and full of energy, we wanted to dance the night away and meet other young people.
